Terms of Service

Agreement
By accessing or using AuthFI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
The Service
AuthFI provides an identity control plane — authentication, authorization, SSO, directory management, cloud IAM federation, eBPF enforcement, AI security, and related services. We host and operate the platform; you configure it for your applications and users.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account
Acceptable use
You agree not to use AuthFI to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Distribute malware or conduct attacks against other systems
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Store content unrelated to identity and access management
- Resell the service without a written partnership agreement
Data ownership
Your data is yours. User records, groups, roles, permissions, SSO configurations, audit logs, and all tenant data you create in AuthFI belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your data. We process it solely to provide the Service.
You can export your data at any time via the API or console. If you terminate your account, we will delete your data within 30 days (audit logs within 90 days for compliance).
Service level agreement
AuthFI commits to the following uptime targets based on your plan:

Uptime is measured monthly. Scheduled maintenance windows (announced 48 hours in advance) are excluded from SLA calculations. SLA credits are applied to the next billing cycle upon request.
Billing and payments
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice; existing contracts are honored until renewal
- Overdue invoices may result in service suspension after 15 days notice
- Refunds are available for annual plans within the first 30 days
Free plan and trials
The free plan is available indefinitely for development use (up to 5,000 users). We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with 90 days notice. Trial periods for paid plans run for 14 days with full feature access.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuthFI's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuthFI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Termination
- You can terminate your account at any time from the console
- We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with 7 days notice (immediate for severe violations)
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
- You can export your data before termination
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, India.
